─ New Steel Melting plant. My responsibility to make plan and project schedule─ Cost Control with materials, equipment and manpower as per project budget.─ Coordination with contractor quality of work and instruction to follow given Drawings and procedure. With Safety.

─ Prepare and requirement of construction team, equipment, tool and consumable as in order to avoid delays on the project schedule as planed ─ Monitor the efficient use of company resources. ─ Prepare internal work schedule to be followed and monitor at site to meet project completion as early as possible ─ Prepare progress report balance work to be done materials and some important that effect the project completion ─ Effective and profitable undertaking and completion of all construction/installation.─ HSE and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

─ Supervision at site, requirements of equipment’s, tools and manpower as per job.─ Attempted & conduct daily safety toolbox meeting with staff, client and workers─ Coordination with project control dept. & engineering dept. the relevant documents needed to do the job. ─ It is petro-chemical plant produce UFC, MCP Powder, Glazing and glue product─ General Maintenance, Dismantling, Repair, Overhauling, replacement of part & adjustment and reassembly of machinery, Parts manufacturing, etc.─ Study and definition of preventive maintenance programs and participate in the definition of spare parts stock level─ Implementation of job training program of mech. Maintenance personnel.─ Carried out all works in strict observance of safety rule.

─ We have arranged large setup of Aluminum Extrusion plant in Pakistan from hoogoven aluminum co. Stuttgart, Germany.─ As good performance and supervision, IPS nominated and sending UK. To arranged anodizing plant from Kawneer Aluminum Co. near Cheshire, UK. ─ Developed and repair of existing on tools & equipment.─ Follow the quality assurance policies and procedures to effective production efficiency

─ Erection and Installation Plan and Set up Plant Expansion Manufacturing Developments and Modification for maximize production ─ Maintain Auxiliaries as such Compressors, generators, Exchangers, chillers, pneumatic and Hydraulic Units etc...

─ Major Responsibilities to existing plant maintenance Scheduling, Prev.-maintenance─ Maintained Comp., Generator, Heat-Exchanger, Chillers, Air-Handling Unit, Pumps, Furnace. Etc.
