Participated in the development of firmware for Thermal system automatic validation test bench (CASTLE 5). My responsibilities included:o Dealing with 3 Phase motors.o Developed application layer software modules e.g. Modbus, XCP, and Measure Sine wave freq, remote power supply control, Controlling High Voltage Inverters o Integrated system components into FPGA SoC using Xilinx XPS (Spartan 6)o Developed standard Java test libraries to be used in HiL test planso Developed standard CAPL (used in Vector CANoe) test libraries to be used in HiL test planso Install Test Benches to Automate Software Validation and System Validation.o Install System Benches for High Voltage Power to Automate Risky Tests instead of doing it manually.o Deal to Find a Solution to help with the Automation process and stability of the CI Environment.o Simulate Products to deal with SW Validation Automation
