Spearheading post-construction integrations, migrations, and commissioning efforts, coordinating both internal and external teams, I reviewed On-Air procedures and identified opportunities to optimize troubleshooting and expedite the replacement of defective parts. Collaborating with Radio Frequency (RF) engineers to efficiently resolve network performance issues throughout conformity and interoperability (C&I) activities, I produced all On-Air weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for national reporting. Planning and road mapping all commissioning, integration and migration tasks with general contractors (GCs) and C&I partners, I conducted the performance reviews of telecommunications with carrier identification teams (JNOC, CIC, RITC, NOC) at Jacobs Network Operations Center, Commissioning Integration Center, Remote Integration Test Center and Network Operations Center and resolved backhaul-related issues. Reviewing comprehensive site blueprints and CDs, RFDS Sheets, Customer Information Questionnaires (CIQs), Testing Validation Worksheets (TVWs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Scopes of Work (SOW) with RF Engineers and other departments, I assessed comprehensive Scopes of Work, encompassing construction documents (CDs), radio frequency data sheets (RFDS), plumbing diagrams plus reviewed standard assessment procedures (SAPS), sub-contractor quotes, change orders and purchase order requests, collaborating with the Finance team. Maintaining numerous local and national trackers, I conducted data mining, and generated forecasts. Procuring and safeguarding equipment and retaining an accurate inventory of hardware and software, I reported the results to stakeholders, escalated issues to engineers plus multiple internal and external teams then crafted action plans to efficiently meet forecasts, milestones, complete projects and deliver contracts.

Leading the post-construction integration, E911 call testing, and commissioning plus overseeing cross-functional teams and multiple internal and vendor teams, I optimized On-Air troubleshooting and the repair of defective parts procedures. Partnering with the RF team to resolve network performance issues across C&I processes. Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly On-Air forecasts for national reporting and goals, I road mapped all commissioning and integration tasks with GCs and C&I suppliers and maintained communications with the CIC, NOC and Research and Innovative Technologies Committees (RITCs). Identifying and mitigating risk plus issues related to backhaul and taking the cell site to On-Air, I led the completion of 2000 site integrations, migrations, and call testing down the East Coast from Maine down to Florida. Developing Excel Trackers, files, and folders in the shared drive, road mapping processes and methods for the creation of a new AirBoss Position and all project elements across the package review process.

Streamlining the site entitlements process, in collaboration with the Real Estate and Architecture Engineering teams, I investigated the efficacy of collocation applications across all Master Lease Agreement (MLA) sites. Liaising with RF engineers on site designs and layout optimizations, I drafted in-depth Scopes of Work, comprising CDs, RFDS and plumbing diagrams plus assessed SAPS, sub-contractor quotes, change orders, and purchase order requests, liaising with the Finance team. Producing forecasts and conducting data mining, I procured equipment and maintained an accurate inventory. Updating stakeholders with report results, I escalated and resolved issues efficiently by devising action plans. Ensuring all safety and quality policies, I adhered to regulatory requirements and continuous improvement was achieved. Monitoring 7 northeast markets plus local and national trackers, I collated and analyzed data to identify opportunities to improve service plus met and exceeded quarterly and yearly project milestones.

Overseeing the entire lifecycle of multiple projects from contract award to execution, I executed site visits with GRs, engineers, and landlords then reviewed and monitored methods of procedure, produced a Scope of Work and road mapped the required tasks. Drafting site action plans, quotations, change orders, and purchase order requests plus marking up the redlines, as required, I monitored progress and updated colleagues and clients. Reviewing daily reports and resolving any issues highlighted efficiently, I provided timely feedback to team members. Successfully repairing and testing damaged fibers, I programmed microwave dishes and remote radio heads. I minimized incidents by enforcing Quality and Safety measures and controls across the activities of a 20-strong team, I beat quarterly and annual milestones forecast for the project and was awarded additional projects in recognition of operational excellence.
