• Following up status of design drawing status with ATKINS (Designer).• Make sure all sites following the latest approved drawings by SYSTRA (Consultant).• Revise shop drawing from ATKINS or subcontractors and figure out any discrepancy between design drawings, shop drawing, details, finishes schedules and materials codes.• Control most of weekly meetings with suppliers and installers to make sure that everything is going according to project schedule.• Revise all subcontractor's BOQs, to avoid any missing or mixed scope of works.• Revise design drawing along with BOQs, to avoid any gray areas within the subcontract.• Appraising materials and revising its documents before the submitting it to the consultant
