In-charge of L&T HSSE Health, Safety, Security and Environment in Sudair PV IPP Project, KSA 1.6 GWac / 1.8 GWp.- reporting to the QHSSE Regional Manager in Dubai and assist with reviewing the HSSE plans and HSSE management system to be aligned with the local Laws, clients and lenders requirements.- Performing the necessary presentation to all clients and lenders ( IFC - EBRD ) introducing our HSSE management system and managing lenders regular audits align with all projects to ensue compliance and following up to closing out any finding. - Maintained all weekly and monthly HSSE and Environmental statistical reporting for senior Management, client and lenders. - Assure contractors’ compliance to HSSE requirements by implementing company, client and landers HSSE Program.- Plan and carry out weekly HSE coordination meetings with all contractors, participate in weekly construction coordination meetings- Ensure that Contractors’ training and awareness programs are carried out as planned- Leading the safety committee and conducting the necessary safety induction, awareness and training in according to the training plan - Incentivize worker uptake of safe working practices through applying the incentive program- Encourage an open attitude towards reporting of incidents and creating an environment for discussions of incidents, their causes and recommendations- Register all incidents and perform investigations or contribute to Contractors’ investigations to understand the causes and influencing factors. Ensure that recommendations are implemented, and shared across the portfolio of projects to prevent recurrence- Ensure a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices through applying the penalty program

- In-charge of Sun Infinite Energy entire HSE department which covers all active projects as of fabrication and maintenance.- Establishing a management workshop to structure a complete QHSE management system for ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 submittals.- Develop, implement and coordinate all HSE Policies and Procedures including behavior based safety.- Compiling a full HSE bidding documentation for the 300 MW solar power plant project in BENBAN, Aswan, Egypt. - Ensuring safe 2MW plant construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases.- Monitoring all after plant start-up running activities.- Following up the daily closing out of all remaining punch lists.- Participating in handing over plant to client.
