o Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. o Develop job offers as per the salary scale. o Guide performance evaluations and feedback.o Responsible for calculating monthly payroll and bonuses for all employees.

o Receive the new hiring mail and proceed in the hiring process “Receive the employee's required records, create the contract, make him sign the social insurance application, make the bank account letter, and give him a clarification about the contract and any unclear terms”. o Maintain both hard and digital copies of the employees' records and upload them to the company system. o Provide the other departments like payroll and personnel with the required data. o Handling all Personnel activities (files & contracts). o Complete any missing reports on the system and deal with any problems with it. o Registering new employees in the database.

o Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. o Responsible for attracting candidates, Hunting the talents, evaluating resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews. o Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database (ATS). o Inform job applicants about details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. o Make reports to clarify the progress on assigned job vacancies and provide feedback regarding each candidate daily. o Develop relationships with prospective talent.
