Control activities are conducted in a systematic manner, works are inspected and conformance is verified and documented. Supervising piping works to be performed by construction subcontractor and insure the compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements, to ensure maximum productivity. Monitoring and controlling material handling activities, coordinate with site teams,Preparation of Material requisitions for Piping Job cards. According to project schedule and in line with approved PQR & WPS status and expressing the targets. Issue the Monthly production plan for piping erection according to site conditions, project schedule and in line with the piping fabrication status and expressing the targets in terms of tonnage , Dia inch and number of spools Ensure the completion of fabrication shop on time as per given schedule, and Planning of erection sequence as per site conditions. Distribution of tasks on site and resolution of unanticipated problems and tries to preventconflicts. Punch list, mechanical inspection (Visual and dimensional inspection of erected lines, Piping supports inspection, flange parallelism and alignment, bolt Tightening ...) Follow up progress of test packs completion and coordinate with site teams the weekly plansfor testing based on priorities and readiness of the assigned test packs

Production: Utilization of professional IT construction tools to enhance work packages definition of the planned work front and enable remote progress monitoring / control.
