• Check & verify Markup workings against Long-term & Short-term loans.• Coordinate with banks regarding Quarterly Markup Payments.• Recording loan obtained & adjustment transactions on daily basis.• Checking Reconciliations of Complex Bank Accounts & Investigate/Resolve discrepancies between bank statement & financial records.• Checking of Bank Payment Vouchers & posting entries on daily basis.• Reconcile & prepare payments against insurance policies.• Prepare Monthly Stock Declaration detail for Insurance Coverage.• Coordinate with insurance company on policies & payments. • Assist in monthly closing of AP & GL Module. • Timely incorporate of all the required provisions & adjustments for monthly accounts including financial charges.• Finalization of Trial Balance & reconcile if any abnormal balance is reflecting.• Timely prepare/updating of audit details on Annual & Half yearly audit.• Prepare any other reports as required by seniors.

• Reconciliation of Sister Concern (related party) ledger and payment of Outstanding Balance.• Preparation of Advance Income Tax Detail, deducted on Export proceeds, Imports and Others .• Preparation of Advance Tax File for onward Submission to In house Tax Dept. • Reconcile & Prepare Withholding Sales Tax FBR & SRB Voucher. • Prepare sales tax file with proper filing of the sales tax registers & invoices provided by the concern dept.• Reconciliation of Input Sales Tax ledger with Sales tax Return & follow up of Outstanding Invoices. • Preparation of RCPS data for refund.(Sales Tax) • Reconciliation of Withholding tax statement with FBR and IRIS.• E-Filing of Withholding Income Tax Return U/S 165(1) bi-annually and U/S 149 on yearly basis. • Checking deduction of Staff income tax, installment of loan and advances against salaries & wages in the deduction report. • Receipt & follow-up the outstanding bank advices (Document Retirement, Bank Guarantee etc.)• Recording of Bank Advices through Payables, GL & Receivable Module.• Preparation of Hypothecation Report and Letters for onward submission to Banks.

• Checking of Cash & Bank report on daily basis• Preparation of Bank Payment Vouchers on daily basis. • Preparation of Journal Vouchers & Cash Vouchers. • Preparation of Income Tax Challan (PSID).• Preparation of Withholding Income Tax Certificate of suppliers on yearly basis. • Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliations of divisional accounts.• Recording of Credit Advices in A_R Module.• Proper filing of Bank Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Cash Vouchers & Receipts.
