-Managing all the IT related Issues for the company (i.e.IT strategies, IT new technologies,etc) for all Branches (Egypt,Hong Kong,Canada,USA,KSA and Dubai)-Identifies user needs and directs building of MIS teams to work across all Levels of the organization. Coordinates and discusses with management,Computer system capacity needs for management information and Functional operations to decide on purchase of equipment. -Plans for systems development and operations, hardware and softwarePurchases,as well as budget and staffing requirements. -Design IT networks internally in each plant/building (WAN/VPN) between Different premises. -Give technical advice helping the purchasing dept to optimize the purchasing Of IT networks components. -Supervises and manages computer operations and functions such as:backup,storage and retrieval functions. -Receives and reviews reports of computer malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs, and ensures end-user problems are solved in a timely manner to avoid delays. -Supervise the execution of the works and installation of networks to ensure achieving goals on time with the best quality without exceeding the estimated budget. -Establishes and implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup -Ensure that IT First line support activities (Help Desk) are offered at the best level -Establishes and maintains standards for use, operation, and security of network, personal computers, and data. -Consults with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives-Managing all the IT machines and equipment purchasing (i.e. Servers, PC’s, Laptop ,Printers,…etc)-Administrating the network (Windows 2000&2003 ,active Directory, Isa Server 2004, Exchange 2003,Ftp Server, Websites, SQL Server …etc)
