Responsible of controlling large and complex construction projects by producing accurate financial controls and reports. 1. Acts as a business partner to the line departments and co-ordinate with Schindler team to prepare financial models, including helping with decision making, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario analysis and risk assessment. 2. Maintains project cost breakdown structure. 3. Ensures accurate preparation & reporting of monthly financial reports, cost estimation in strict accordance with deadlines. 4. Maintains contact between finance, project management teams and all staff. 5. Manage the accounting month end closing process in a timely and good quality manner.6. Accountable for below key closing functions performed by Finance team: a. General Accounting & WIP review.b. Credit Management & Collection;c. Inventory Management ( MM module in SAP)d. Fixed Assets (AM module in SAP)e. Balance Sheet Review. Business Budgeting:1. Issue the annual comprehensive budget guidelines to all company’s departments so that budget activities are concluded before the end of fourth quarter.2. Participate in the final review of each department’s comprehensive annual budget;3. Review periodic budget performance reports of each department to assure that performance is according to plan.4. Follow-up on effective implementation of corrective actions based on budget performance reports;Internal Periodic Reporting:1. Assure that the financial statements are properly analyzed and are in line with profitability and liquidity targets, and recommend corrective actions if needed to bring performance on course;2. Generate consolidated in-house monthly financial statements, analyze overall profitability and liquidity, report to company’s Management on key performance indicators (KPIs), and make necessary recommendations.
