• Originally started this engagement with as Head of Operations Supervised, installed, commissioned, tested & integrated, troubleshoot and accepted Radio Base Station (RBS). • Drove operation and maintenance (O&M) of Radio Base Station and Microwave Links, particularly Ericsson RBS equipment and Ericsson Mini Link equipment.• Quickly conducted troubleshooting of BTS & Mini-link 2p, 6p, 20p and AXX, while did Fault Analysis & Rectification of the same.• Gathered expertise in troubleshooting and configuration of Ericsson Transmission Nodes like ML-TN, ML-E, ML-HC, AXX9200, etc.
