TBM Herrenknecht S1239 Mixshield- Assist in the procurement of all supplies for TBM .- Lead all mechanics and welding works for 3 shift during excavation (repair and station crossing ).- Implementation of Assembly, disassembly and transfer TBM Plans in coordination with the manufacturer, beside steel bell assembly and testing. - Control all required TBM spare parts inventory for the duration of the tunneling.- Reporting status of TBM for managers.- perform a maintenance plan refer to the manual.- Coordinate with other TBM production Engineer and TBM electrical Engineer.- Assist of implementation of procedures, method statements and shop drawing.- Perform technical administration of contracts related to the TBM.- Assist the tunnel plant manager with the requisition of materials, equipment and labour requires to execute the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of TBM.- Perform method of statement for work procedure, risk assessment and lifting plan.- Assist in site mobilization such as assembly and commissioning of STP, compressed air, cooling tower and MSV.

The main role is leading all mechanical works per shift on the Tunnel Boring Machine Herrenknecht S594 Mixshield & NFM NTU043 variable density. Line 3_phase 3 :( Attaba/Kitkat - Kitkat/Embaba - Kitkat/Cairo university )The Route of this phase extends from El-Attaba to Rod El-Farag corridor , passing through Al-Kit Kaat up to Cairo Unversity station of line 2 .The total length of this phase is about 17.7 km. , comprising 15 stations.

The workshop consist of maintenance for 37 heavy equipment : 5 loaders CATERPILLAR,15 truck mixers MCV, one crane Grove, 2 compactors AMMANN, 4 concrete mobile pumps MCV, one Forklift JCB, oneforklift clarck CATERPILLAR, 4 skid steer loaders BobCat, 4 water trucks Volvo.

The two tunnels road consist two cross passage in between, The job mission is to install 4 pieces of steel frame with 9.468 meter high and 1.2 meter width and 0.3 meter thickness. The role of steel frame is to support the segment lining of the tunnel during the excavation of the cross passage.

Mechanical maintenance shift Engineer on TBM Herrenknecht S959 Mixshield at Port Saïd Tunnels under Suez canal.The project consist two tunnels roads with 2850m length, The tunnels bored with the tunnel boring machine (TBM) with a diameter of 13.5m external and 11.40m internal and a length of 85m which is the second biggest TBM around the world.The maintenance program contains all the mechanics maintenance work such as hydraulics, centrifugal pumps, grease pumps, diaphragm pumps, pneumatic pumps, grout pumps, cranes, all the greasing works.Beside of following up all the TBM there is complementary works for the TBM such as the water cooling tower, the compressed air and the MSV cars which transferring the segments.
