-Successfully designed and delivered the 2024-2027 Partnership Masterplan for the organization, encompassing national and international strategy aiming for 25 percent growth year on year.-Managed, conceptualized the first Ethical Finance Fund for the organization,aiming to support more than 1000 entrepreneurs in the next 2 years through this USD 5 Million fund. -Developed Green financing training modules for Youth Business International as part of an international collaboration for 3500 youth entrepreneurs.-Supported 12 Canadian startups in developing their strategy and pitch decks, ensuring they get accepted to local incubators for further growth.-Led and organized a youth entrepreneurship competition which resulted in 12,000 entries from all over Bangladesh and beyond. The competition resulted in Entrepreneurs raising more than USD 12 Million funding.-Developed and designed Business plans, financial projections and investor pitch decks for multiple infant Startups based in Canada. Specialized in multiple sectors such as tourism, fitness, healthcare as well as the FMCG industry.

As part of the specialist network, I will work on interventions to specific education challenges using technology with the Bangladesh government, supporting more than 30 million students in primary and secondary level.

Worked as a communications consultant and focal point with the Global Education Practice team in South Asia. As part of my responsibility, I was entrusted as the focal point and Consultant for the Covid-19 School Sector Response Project, which supported the Department of Primary Education (DPE) in Bangladesh in opening 60,000 primary schools safely as well as worked to develop education content for students, provide formative and summative assessment to measure learning loss and then take subsequent remedial measures to cover these losses.Achievements till date-Designed and developed the projects achievement Video.-Developed Communication strategy to raise awareness among teachers and students about the remote learning content in liason with the government agency, The department of Primary Education (DPE).- Develop the remote learning sustainability plan of the Project for long term sustainability, generating financial and policy level commitment from the Government of Bangladesh- Training of more than 3000 teachers on Formative and summative assesment as well as mental health training to cope with the trauma of school closures and learning loss.- Support more than 20,000 schools with Subgrant and lead monitoring of grant.- Development of more than 6000 Learning content materials for remote learning development sustainability.

As part of the country coordinator for WBD, identified investment opportunities for USA based firms in the Green Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Motor parts and medical equipment's sectors of Bangladesh.

- Worked as the chief research consultant in a Covid-19 guideline communication project for LFMEAB and Grey Bangladesh, funded by IFC. It required carrying out a survey among the factory workers to assess their COVID awareness and formulate a consistent communication strategy.- Led the Development of Guidelines for Women Friendly Marketplace in haatbazars of Bangladesh- Led a team of 10 business developers and 10 consultants in working with various organizations of the corporate and development Sector of Bangladesh- Work as the Parternship and association lead.- Led the business plan for a Digital Maternity Platform, aligned it with the business objectives of being a one-stop solution for all maternity essentials while providing financial assistance for the unprivileged community.

-As the Coordinator, I am entrusted with the responsibility of facilitating, monitoring and overseeing 56 batches in Kalabagan and 15 batches in Chittagong branch.-Designed and started a new course " D-Unit course for English Medium students" to ensure my organization could maximize the value offered by diversifying our services.-I lead and supervise 52 English and Mathematics instructors to ensure day to day operations are done smoothly so that the management and instructors can work in harmony towards meeting the organizational goals

-I have taken over 22 BBA admission preparation batches, SAT and Private University admission batches in the past three and a half years. This led to significant success in terms of admission test results of my students.-As a part of creating new content for the analytical ability and mathematics course, I Co-authored a book named "Analytical Q Bank" and modified "Mentors' Math Q Bank"

-Lead search for International opportunities and collaboration-Provide technical input in designing of new projects.-Prepare proposals for international grants and funding-Lead research for developing new curriculum for the 21st century skills training
