Equity Pre-matching and Fails Management.The main function includes pre-matching of any orders executed and general operational support for our client. Additionally, carrying out various functions and reconciliations which act as controls and mitigate risk, while supporting the Equity Sales Desk directly.The role of the equity pre-matching are:1. Pre-matching for all equity unmatched trades executed for EMEA and US clients. 2. Handling client queries. 3. Working with sales/LDN, US and Banglore Middle office on trade /booking discrepancies. 4. Monitoring Equity and Convertible Bonds trades. 5. Prioritising high value and high exposure trades. 6. Notifying clients and internal teams about buy-in trades to avoid any penalties.

• Clearing cash transactions of Nostro account & transferring Assets.• Reconciling T+1 cleared business third party brokers/counterparties and rectifying T+1 breaks on any accounts.• Reconciling to match & record of SEI trades with market side to settle the incoming securities.• Preparation the outgoing client statements and sending to the receiving custodian for the assets delivered successfully, while in incoming updating the Cost & date details, merging, splitting the asset received from prior custodians per the instruction received.• Selling sweep to get the account uninvest in the closing to avoid further transactions which may cause issues. Liquidating the assets through Admin/brokers.• Reporting to clients about their Failed Trades, Funds on hold, Unmatched buys, Overdrafts.• Modification of Name & Address, TIN (Tax Identification Number) setup or modify, Account Titles & type update, Sending Statement Ticklers as per the client request, etc.• Opening new client accounts through NAO/Appway tool as well as manually on SEI per the client instructions provided & ensuring the SSB fee is taken once the account is opened.• Assists with the global bank account openings, service maintenance and related documentation (including KYC requirements) and compliance filings.• Ensuring that on boarding & reviewing AML /KYC standards. Manage compliance and related requirements of banks and financial institutions.• Preparing the weekly & daily reports like Exception Report, Auxiliary Report, Social Code, Opti Code, Fee Form, ACC Report, INVA Report, ACDR, Welcome Package and sending to the client.• Monitoring the preparation of bank transactions reconciliation against the SEI/TIF system on daily basis.• Posting cash through PROC23 account if the account was closed on SSB & hits the dividend or interest in the account.• Ensuring in generating all company requirements for administration of bank accounts and ASL (Authorized Signer Lists).
