* Quality System- Work with teams across the organization to map, analyze, Monitor, Optimize current and new processes, and document SOPs. with clear ownership and accountability.- Identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity, ensure they are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practices.- Work closely with ERP systems providers and in-house systems team to document functional requirements and align processes and system setup for integrated information solutions.- Documenting, approving, and publishing documentation related to AQL, Products Data Sheets, Article Drawings, Raw Material Specifications, and Packaging Specifications.- Participate with related stakeholders to develop manuals whenever requested.- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000.- Manage internal audits and other quality assurance activities.- Draft Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures.- Follow the Claims Process throughout all stages in System.- Ensure implementation of calibration plan with related functions.- Customer Claims Execute and follow up on Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions.* Manage Continuous Improvement Projects:- Project Time Control and action follow-up.- Project Documentation and Records as provided by projects’ owners.- Project Objective achievement validation and verification with related stakeholders.- Project Results Sustainability.* Accreditation- Deliver and fill in Questionnaires Documentation required for Accreditation in coordination with responsible functions.- Initiates follow-up audit activities (Internal/External) to verify them and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken.- Coordinate with Certification Bodies for Surveillance and Renewal duties and responsibility to share requirements with concerned dept.- Accompany Customers in Visit.- Provide COC - Certificate of Compliance.

-Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment focused on Quality. -Develop quality-process links with customers inline with the Quality Management system (including: IATF 16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 45001) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes and oversee continued compliance and embedding across the business. -Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to maximise profit potential and ensure efficiency. -Manage the audit programme as well as supplier development and improvement and play a key role in ensuring project deliveries. -Work proactively with all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Employees, to maintain a programme of continual improvement within their areas of responsibility. -Lead a ‘correct at source’ and problem solving methodology (Lean). Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customersand business goals.

• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the integrated System. • Responsibilities and Authorities relating to integrated management system . • Ensure the establishment of the integrated system and its maintenance in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 International Standard • Report on the performance of the integrated system to the MD/GM for review, which will be a basis for improvement of the QHSE system • Convene and participate in the Management Review Meetings • Review with other Departmental Managers the integrated Quality system in their departments as and when required• Establish the internal quality audit plan • Initiates follow up audit activities in order to verify them and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken • Report the final result of the internal and external audits to the MD after the Management Review meeting• Assign and Follow up on the KPIs for the Business Process.
