• Collaborates with the planning function on allocated project and contributes, as required. • Supports PMO functions in the delivery of the project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately. • Responsible for supporting the interface planning for a large complex portfolio of projects. • Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints. • Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the monthly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under the contract. • Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress. • Communicates effectively with the client, project team and stakeholders. • Ensures health and safety through programme integration. • Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines. • Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment. • Responsible for coordinating activities for team. • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work

Responsibilities:⮚ Preparation of the Project Baseline Program at the tendering stage as per the scope of work usingPrimavera 6.⮚ Complete resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.⮚ Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.⮚ Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.⮚ Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.⮚ Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software – Primavera6 and submitting to the Department Heads, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.Key Highlights:⮚ Using primavera and project management skills my company has been able to complete the projects on schedule.⮚ Seeing my project management skills my company has selected me to go for PMP certification on companyExpense, the 35 PDUs for the same has already been completed.⮚ Due to proper resource leveling through primavera and incorporation of compulsory look- ahead schedule for all the sites my company has been able to save a good amount of money.⮚ Apart from planning I am also responsible for complete project coordination between our team and Client The project coordination has helped our company to solve many critical issues on right time
