• Compile and oversee the shareholders' budget package, encompassing forecasting and meticuloustracking of expenses and revenue.• Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, tovalidate the accuracy and integrity of financial data.• Provide constructive feedback and communicate concerns to financial leaders and seniormanagement based on factual analysis.• Supervise the preparation of periodic financial statements, ensuring precise recording ofrevenues, expenses, investments, and other transactions, while conducting essential accountreconciliations and monitoring performance against organizational objectives.• Generate critical financial reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses for relevant departments tofacilitate informed decision-making, governance, and regulatory compliance.• Manage central accounts activities to ensure prompt recording of payments, contracts, accruals,and related transactions, adhering to contractual terms, internal controls, and internationalstandards.• Oversee accruals and advances for customers bonuses, staff, and other expenses, while preparingcash flow projections to maintain optimal working capital control and manage Days SalesOutstanding (DSO) and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO).• Serve as a signatory for company bank accounts and coordinate communications with banks foraccount operations, closures, and openings.• Act as the primary liaison with authorities for Zakat, Tax, and Customs, as well as externalfinancial and tax audit providers, to produce year-end financial statements and adhere to auditrequirements.• Develop and mentor accounting student staff.• Improve financial reporting systems to deliver precise and timely consolidated reports that meetlocal statutory requirements and comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)and company policies.• Ensure compliance with J-SOX.
