Graduate Assistant at Physical and Environmental sciences Department, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, USA, and PhD Student at Coastal and Marine System Science Program. In my PhD, I am using different Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models to downscale GRACE data to have higher spatial resolution and I am using machine learning models with inputs included GRACE-derived terrestrial water storage (TWS), rainfall, maximum and minimum air temperature, and vegetation index along with two antecedent lags for each parameter as well as static inputs such as saturated hydraulic conductivity, texture, slope, land elevation to predict groundwater levels in different Texan aquifers . Also, I am using different satellite data like ECOSTRESS and downscaled GRACE data with GIS models and machine learning models to map near surface groundwater discharge locations and quantifying discharge rates in both coastal and inland aquifers in Texas. In my master's I used spatial analysis techniques with sedimentary analysis methods (grain size analysis and GRADIDSTAT program) to define the most suitable locations for mangroves plantation sites along the Egyptian Red Sea Coast. Also I worked as teaching assistant for 11 years at Geology department, Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University in Egypt from 2011 to 2022. I was teaching the practical part of the following courses: Remote Sensing and GIS, Geo-environmental Hazards, Geo-environmental Assessment, Coastal Protection, Economic Geology, Structural analysis, Structure Geology, Geomorphology, Sedimentation, Well Logging, Structural Geology, Physical Geology, Minerals and Rocks, Geomorphology, Igneous and Metamorphic rocks, Sedimentary rocks, Sedimentary Environments, Sedimentary Basins Analysis, Marine Geology, and Hydrogeology. In August 2022, I joined Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Geophysics lab where I am participating in different research projects which combine geophysics, remote sensing, machine learning, numerical modeling, and GIS techniques to investigate a wide range of complex geological and environmental challenges as well as teaching Biochemistry and Geology labs for undergraduate students.
