Reviews/prepares the design and tentative time schedules during proposals phase. Reviews/updates, during the mobilization phase of the project, the originally prepared milestone schedule in the proposal phase. Issue the revised milestone schedule after approval by the Project Manager, to all key personnel of the project. Identifies with the assistance of the Project Manager the constraints between the different project disciplines and the sequencing/timing of tasks for fulfillment of the time schedule of the project. Issues the final form of the time schedule- baseline schedule “REV 0”- to the Project Manger. Ensure issuance of PM Budget to all active projects /additions. Review of the assigned budgeted hours and resource assignments to ensure proper resource allocation for projects/ additions tasks. Updates the time schedule on bi-weekly bases reflecting the actual project status (dates, percentage completion and actual man-hours consumption). Ensure proper loading of actual hours, and to be in conformity with related progress of work. Maintain rectifying any information in Data Base (for example: relocated persons, multidiscipline assignments, etc). Expedite PM’s to apply any required corrective actions. Informs the Project Manager for any deviation from budget man-hours or scheduled time, makes any necessary schedules and resources allocation adjustment. Develops during the construction phase, the detailed field schedules in conjunction with the Construction Manager. Reviews manpower allocation for all design projects, to be logically conforming to the available employed manpower. Reviews contractor’s schedules and follows it up periodically. Analyzes and evaluates contractors’ claims, prepares recommendations concerning justified/excusable time extensions, as the case may be. Prepares evaluation reports for bidder’s proposed time schedules based on conformity with tender requirements.
