- Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers٫ plan their work and assign tasks.- Review and manage accounts payable and receivable.- Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.- Participate in department’s goal setting activities and month-end and year-end close processes.- Financial statements and assessing internal controls.- Organize and Assist to prepare financial statements and budget preparation٫ accurately and timely.- Support and oversee tax audits (both internal and external) and tax returns.- Create timely and accurate accounting reports and present them to company's executives and senior management.

- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.- Follow up the monthly closing (P&L + B.S) for all hotels and compare the results with the master plan.- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.- Follow up the General leadger and Trial Balance.- Assist to prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.- Follow up the contracts of Accounts payable (Rental) and accounts receivable (Services - Maintenance).
