• Carry out the planning, fieldwork and completion of the audit engagements in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).• Gain understanding of client accounting operations, processes, systems of internal control, business objectives, corporate strategy, governance structure, regulatory environment and related business risks.• Review of journal entries and execute audit testing of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), revenues, investments, cash disbursements, operating expenses (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), bank reconciliations, fixed assets (PPE), loans, payroll, zakat and income tax.• Perform analytical reviews of the financial statements utilizing my excellent analytical skills and high level of numeracy.• Evaluate the preparation of financial statements to ensure they adhere to SOCPA statutory requirements and drafting of audit reports and ensure compliance with the Saudi Companies Law.• Employ specialized audit software to review and compile financial information to resolve client issues discovered during the audit.
