• Teaching large and small groups of learners from a range of backgrounds, abilities and ages. The subjects that had been thought are as follows: Radio Aids and Navigation Systems, Air Law and Regulations, Aviation Safety and Security, Aviation History, Aviation Human Factor, Air Traffic Management and Meteorology.• Conducting tutorials on a one-to-one basis with slow students and also carrying out a pastoral role as a personal tutor to students.• Maintaining accurate records and monitoring student’s progress.• Liaising with other educational professionals and organizations such as Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO).• Prepare course learning outcomes and lectures of all subjects that had been given.• Prepare syllabus, overheads, handouts, or review materials as appropriate such as in slides.• Review and order textbooks for use in the course.• Prepare examination questions, assignment questions and midterm test questions.• Monitoring, assessing and marking student’s work, examinations and others.• Evaluate students based on performance in the course.• Supervising and assisting student’s final year project and research activities.• Completing continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain and improve own skills and also participating in staff training activities.• Carrying out administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programs and involvement in committees and boards.• Handling difficult students such as the indiscipline and slow students.• To participate in departmental and faculty seminars.• To provide pastoral care and support to students.
