 Plan and optimize all kind of Multi-Vendor transmission systems according to direct customer requirements or RFP using various multivendor equipment with different planning tools (Pathloss, Ellipse, Mapinfo, Atoll, Spider….). Planning and optimization activities for all kind of networks including green filed, swap, modernization, densification and multivendor networks. Plan SDH and DWDM systems using various NGM equipment. Planning and optimization activities for all kind of microwave equipment including Nokia, Huawei, NEC, Dragonwave, SIAE. Prepare high level design for connectivity and capacity calculation. Prepare low level design per link and get customer’s design team approval. Offer to customers new equipment features and upgrades possibilities based on future expansion. Align and interact with both customer and internal top management to facilitate technical issues. Prepare alternative/temporary plans to achieve aggressive targets. Prepare and present daily and weekly reports about network statistics and planning activities to customers’ CTO.  Align with SSM, CT Head, COM, PM for running activities and future opportunities. Interact with delivery teams to ensure smooth and accurate project’s milestones accomplishment. Prepare a batch of programmed Macros to facilitate planning activities.Leading Transmission Planning and Optimization activities for several projects in Middle East and Africa and managing onsite and remote multinational team members within these projects: - MTN – Yemen. - Ooredoo – Algeria. - STC – KSA. - MTN – Iran. - Zain – KSA. - Vodafone – Ghana. - EMTS – Nigeria. - Zain – Iraq. - Zain – Kuwait. - Leo – Namibia. - Mobily – KSA. - OmanTel – Oman. - Djezzy – Algeria. - Telecom – Egypt.
