Responsibilities:· Responsible for sales of industrial land and real estate projects.· Manages and directs sales representatives.· Creates and follows up sales leads.· Conducts effective sales meetings and close deals.· Prepare and revise sales contracts.· Access and maintain accurate customer database of industry contacts.· Achieve and report on assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ and lands value. • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. • Penetrate local market by adding new partners to increase market share. • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. • Develop sales pipeline and a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customers and stakeholder to develop technical and financial proposals• Prepare SWOT analysis and market research. • Coordinate with official Authorities, and secure approvals and permits on the various aspects of many projects undertaken by the company.

Participate in project planning, feasibility studies, project development, preparation of specifications, and detailed engineering design for a wide range of projects undertaken by the company in Egypt and the Arab Gulf region, for mixed-use developments, roads, and various types of building projects.

Participate in project planning, feasibility studies, project development, basic design, design review, preparation of specifications, detailed engineering design of various infrastructure projects (water supply system, fire fighting system, sanitary sewerage system, storm water drainage system and irrigation system) for a wide range of projects undertaken by the firm in the Arab Gulf region, Africa and the Middle East, comprising wet infrastructure networks for mixed-use developments, prestigious complexes, airports, industrial facilities, roads, and various types of building projects.
