► SCOPEWas responsible for establishing a full functional HR department, directly reported to managing director and headed one direct employee.► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄▪ Successfully established an organizational structure for a headcount of 150 employees, created many departments including marketing, merchandising, and HR and restructured the sales department. ▪ Built a competency framework and conducted job profiling for 25 main jobs. ▪ Drafted HR policies and procedures for recruitment and selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and personnel to ensure consistency.

Saudi Arabia

► SCOPE Was responsible for establishing Gold’s Gym in KSA (17,000 SQM) to be the largest Gold’s Gym location worldwide, managed two business units: gym and healthy food restaurant and established the HR department from scratch. Directly reported to general manager and headed four direct employees.► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄▪ Successfully hired about 400 employees during the company's expansion plans over three years. ▪ Established Gold’s Gym Academy for training with accreditation from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to supply qualified male and female certified trainers. About 90 trainers graduated and 20 of them were hired.
