• Lead developing teams for appropriate operating systems and different operational parameters.
• Lead teams for developing internal and documentary systems, regulations and operating manuals for the corporate.
• Participate in the new campaign of introducing new Ezz Steel standard of reinforced steel bars for the local market including preparing events, introducing presentation sessions, visits, direct contacts and follow up.
• Control and follow up needed trials for all new steel grades for long/flat products in the four plants.
