• Provide post sales onsite and telephone system support to Oracle customers.• Responsible for providing system support that includes hardware, software, software applications and networking to customers.• Assist in developing hardware and software installation plans for customers.• Performs installation Services on supported products, patches and software. Assist in conducting onsite system audits.• Provide both installation and breakfix activities in remote countries in the MENA region.• Assist in ensuring Services provided meet Customer Satisfaction goals.• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective delivery of technical support and service programs.• Provide customer or partner coaching and training.• Providing Support for ORACLE LEENA Region “Egypt, North Africa & Levant”.

• Uses engineering expertise to work on diverse and multi-faceted engineering assignments that require sound technical skills and the ability to find solutions to technical problems that fit within fairly well defined operating or system parameters. Mastering most of the basic job duties and gaining exposure to some of the more complex assignments associated with the work. Applies knowledge of Sun's systems to analyze engineering problems and develop solutions that support project goals. • Providing Support for Sun LEENA Region “Egypt, North Africa & Levant”.

o Troubleshooting and solving Hardware & Software problems of SUN Microsystems products.o Installation, configurations and administrations of new projects.o Suggesting and implementing Hardware & Software upgrades for customers.
