- Responsible for ensuring shipping documents are accurate and complete, then issuing the documents and following on the shipments, and coordinating and booking with freight forwarders for shipments as per client requirements. - Cooperation with current and new Clients, Opening and developing new business opportunities in existing and new markets- Conduct evaluation and selection of freight forwarders.- Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs, packing, shipping, and routing of products.- Creates and maintains a full database of clients and their requirements in each export area.- Documentation (handling Pro-Forma Invoices, booking, and shipping declaration.- Conduct Communications with new costumer, accept profitable deals, and follow up the new customer after the fairs.- Represent the Company in major exhibition events.- Printing, filing & revising the Performa invoice.- Following up shipping lines and freight forwarders for "export support" purposes, providing clients with all the required documents, Filing and archiving, in full, all export department documents received from all involved departments.- Participate in Food Gate (International Food Exhibitions) -2009 – 2010 in Sharm-El Sheikh – Egypt. - Participate in Gulf food (International Food Exhibitions) in Dubai (2010-2011-2012).- Participate in Fancy Food show ( International Food Exhibitions ) in Washington DC ( 2012 )- Open New Market , Marketing our Products in Target Market
