 Founded the shareholding company "iCOOL Life" specializing in interior products, which weathered the aftermath of the events that took place on Jan 25th, 2011 and successfully introduced the German kitchen brands "Hacker" & "Nolte" to the Egyptian market to become one of the leaders on the retail level and won three large projects with EMAAR, Qatari Diar and SODIC.

 Formulate the business plan for each market as well as managing the team professionals to achieve targeted objectives and investor outreach through planning, support for obtaining endorsement of Mandate approval committee, quality assurance, preparation of proposals and bids submittals,  Managed the Origination, negotiation and execution of BNP PARIBAS mandates pertaining to transactions in areas like corporate finance, M&A, private placement and public offerings, Equity Linked Fixed Income, and Acquisition financing.  Follow up on transactions execution activities including the communication and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, sovereign agencies and other parties, and the processing of deliverables submittals (Information Memorandums, Presentations, Teasers, claims and Valuations) Oversee the planning and scheduling of Transactions' activities, and follow up on periodic progress reports in relation to original schedules and the profitability analysis. Couch and supervise team members and follow up on their achievements and reporting to ensure adherence to the overall plan, Prepare and follow up on a timely organized plan with pre-set targets for the team efforts to match targets as set by the top management, Coordinate with HR to ensure availability of Human Capital in view of revenues estimates and signed contracts, Participate to management committee on Monthly basis, and  Assist in planning marketing activities.

• Origination and managing the execution of mandates for M&A, private placement and public offerings, in addition to managing the relationship and networking activities with related governmental entities, sovereign funds, large private equity groups, larger players in sectors like banking, telecommunication, transportation, Petrochemicals, Metals, Oil & Gas, utilities, and Real Estate.• Manage transactions execution activities including the communication and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, sovereign agencies and other parties, and the processing of deliverables submittals (Information Memorandums, Presentations, Teasers, claims and Valuations)• Planning and scheduling of Transactions' activities, and follow up on periodic progress reports in relation to original schedules and the profitability analysis.• Prepare for obtaining endorsement of Mandate approval committee.

Cairo Capital Securities is the stock brokerage / placement arm of the Egyptian Investment Banking Boutique "Cairo Capital Group", who is engaged in other activities such Asset Management and corporate finance.My role was to act as the founder shareholder with responsibilities involving; 1. putting together the business plan and budget which were approved by the Group Board, 2. head hunting key staff members, 3. managing the Information Technology architecture plan, 4. tendering, selecting and contracting with software and hardware providers,5. composing and implementing the marketing strategy and the branch network plan,6. Heading the Research Team and compiling a plan for coverage and reports,7. setting up a hierarchy plan with salary and grading scheme, 8. managing and approving the drafting of procedures, compliance and human resources manuals9. managing and supervising the preparation and communication of all reports and documents required to obtain licenses for traditional brokerage and electronic trading business from the Egyptian Capital Market Authority and Stock Exchange and,10. chairing the committees of Management, Marketing & Risk Management, Asset Liability management (ALCO), Research, and Information Technology.

Head of Investment Banking & Structured Finance• Investment banking: Handling a liaison function in Egypt for the corporate finance team in France, this include originating new transactions, assisting in executing mandates and managing the relationship with related governmental entities. • Structured Finance: Providing structured finance products like Project finance, and Asset based financing with focus on Energy and Commodity related business like Oil & Gas, Metals such as copper and steel, as well as soft commodities like sugar, cotton, rice and wheat (Portfolio value $50 million). In addition to Syndication & typical corporate banking products valued at $300 million in direct advances and contingents.• Member of both Senior Management Committee & Credit Committee.
