Current Principal Accountabilities: Material Coordination & expedite daily material planning/transportation/function with all levels, CBWH, Contractors and Construction Department. Prepare daily MIV/MRV/DN for issuance and return accordingly with stock numbers/Specifications as per BOM/MRF Matching the BOM with P&ID PIPING PLAN. Coordination with Superintendent/ Projects Engineers/Warehouse to final shortage of Materials and suggest regarding alternates of different material.. Daily scheduling/ co-ordination of Const. Equipments (Crane/ Trailer) and Logistic/ Transportation Material identification by purchase order (PO) / purchase request (PR) by inventory item code Preparing back-charges items after material reconciliation.

 Prepare daily MRF/MRV/DN for issuance and return accordingly with stock numbers/Specifications as per BOM/MRF. Maintaining the in-house store
