As the visionary behind Hemmtk, I identified a critical gap in the events management industry, particularly during large-scale events like the Riyadh season. Event organizers struggled with inefficient communication, lack of proper monitoring, and logistical challenges. I conceptualized and led the development of Hemmtk, a SaaS platform designed to solve these issues by streamlining event coordination and enhancing communication between organizers and administration in real time.In this role, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive business plan, conducted in-depth market analysis, and shaped the strategic direction of the platform. I designed the entire UX and design system, ensuring that the platform was intuitive and user-friendly, offering seamless navigation for organizers and administrators alike.By leading a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts, we built a system that transformed event management, making it more efficient and transparent. This innovative solution not only improved the organizational process but also earned the company recognition from the Saudi Entertainment Authority as one of the top 10 in event organization, leading to ISO certification.My focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning enabled Hemmtk to grow and expand its impact across major events in Saudi Arabia, positioning it as a leading tool in the industry.
