PROJECTS:SWAN LAKE RESIDENCE (SLR) - NEW CAIRO – HASSAN ALLAM PROPERTIES (HAP)• Review submittals, drawings, and reports during the project design phase to avoid potential issues in construction.• Participate in determining the scope of work for contractors.• Ensure that contractors are performing and providing deliverables per the construction agreement/contract.• Monitor construction and report on work progress and schedule status on a regular basis to project and corporate management in verbal and report form.• Monitor daily construction activities at the project site including scheduling of work and delivery of equipment & materials.• Conducting periodic progress meetings with Contractor/Consultant to ensure that the work is proceeding smoothly and solving any obstacles that prevent the completion of work according to timeline schedule.• Alert of any deficiency in the contractor's performance or delay in the work according to timeline schedule and take the necessary action reference to Contract terms.• Review, interpret, and provide feedback on contractor provided documents to the consultant.• Resolve issues that arise in the site with the contractor and the consultant.• Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.• Coordinate between design team, contractor’s technical office and Consultant supervision team.• Managing evaluations of free issue items and monitoring supply chain for these items.• Study Variation requests and issue site work instructions to Contractor after coordination with design team.• Evaluation of Contractor/Consultant team members and raise report with performance to project director.• Coordinate GAS works between Contractor, Consultant and GAS company.• Managing handing over process and documentation.• Coordinate between Contractor, Consultant and Facility management team during handing over phase.

PROJECTS:- ZED EAST- ZED CLUB –PHASE ONE – ORA DEVELOPMENT- TAJ CITY – Madinat Nasr for Housing & Development- HYDE PARK NEW CAIRO - HYDE PARK DEVELOPMENT- AZBAKYA HISTORICAL GARDEN - EGYPTIAN MINISTRY OF HOUSING, UTILITIES &URBAN COMMUNITIES.• Reviewing shop drawings, Coordination drawings and as-built for mechanical works.• Reviewing Calculations for Firefighting system, HVAC, Ventilation and Domestic water system.• Reviewing Calculations for Central kitchens and Cafeteria Hood system. • Coordinate Infrastructure Works with other trades and Future Connection with all networks.• Reviewing material submittals and data sheets of mechanical equipment in line with specifications and design documents.• Supervision of Ancient Fountain restoration process. • Reviewing samples for approval before supplying materials.• Inspect installation and erections by contractor on site.• Following up the execution and timetable with contractor to ensure the completion of works in a timely manner.• Reviewing check lists for commissioning systems.• Test and commissioning Systems before handing over to Facility management department.

PROJECTS:- MANSOURA 1 - El Fostat Project- Arab African International Bank -New Capital• Managing MEP Team to Achieve Progress and Execution process as per Time schedule and project Execution Plan.• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.• Coordinate with Construction managers of all Areas for MEP works.• Create Execution plan and coordinate with subcontractors for activities on site.• Coordinate with Consultant for any changes on execution routing and networks due to site condition.• Prepare and reply to letters Related to scope to/By Consultant/Main contractor /Subcontractors.• Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.• Supervise, review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings.• Prepare supply list, long lead items list for Scope.• Monitoring Subcontractors Supply Chain process.• Coordinate with Procurement team for MEP Scope Materials• Prepare Variation orders/Claims technical data and supervise QS/Invoices with Technical office manager.• Helping on tendering process With Head office Tendering/Commercial Team.• Performing a monthly evaluation of sub-contractors.
