• Lifting equipment inspection for all types of lifting equipment such as: Tower crane, Mobile Crane, Over Head Crane, Gantry Crane, Jib crane, floating crane, forklift, Container Handler, Wheel loader, Loose gear, Boom Truck, Cradle, etc. all types & Capacities.• Inspection for Material & Passenger Hoist.• Witness NDT for Lifting appliances.• Reinstatement Inspection after tower cranes Height increasing & any major repair or modification of any lifting equipment.• Checking ties & connections for tower cranes & NDT tests witness & supervise for boom, body & ties of tower cranes.• Inspect all lifting appliances for Rigs onshore & offshore• Inspect containers with all the lifting accessories attached.• Prepare lifting plans for load testing for cranes above 100 t up to 2200 t capacities.• Co-ordinate with the projects operating managers in applying lifting systems & suggest proposals which might develop & organize the work.• Inspect & certify all types of Welding Machines such as MIG, TIG, Diesel Welding machines Such as : Essab, Miller, Lincoln, etc.

♦ Manage the whole process of production from site survey to final delivery including measurements, calculating quantities of the materials & accessories, prepare shop drawings, order & receive the raw materials (metal sheets, rock wool, Accessories & fixing materials like Anchor bolts or welding rods along with all tools & Equipment used in manufacturing & fixation at site) then painting till delivery of the doors at site & making sure it meets customer needs & satisfaction.♦ Complete (1 million KD) miscellaneous steel works project working as project manager (fire rated steel doors, steel fences, cat ladders, gates, metal cladding, shutters, hatch doors, flag poles, ceiling steel structure, tank shades, handrails, jail doors, stainless steel works, etc.) for Sabah Al- Ahmad new Residential city in Wafra – Kuwait.♦ Plan and supervise Transferring the whole factory with Machines, Equipments and steel structure to new location, 50 km away and re-erect the factory steel structure and machines again.♦ Make sure of the good quality of the materials & the processed products during all the steps of production along with the processing speed to meet the dead lines with no delay at all.♦ Plan production schedules on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis, and ensure timely completion.♦ Organize production flow effectively and efficiently & adhere strictly with the estimated material and labor costs for every project.♦ Minimize the waste in all steps since the design & material orders till the end of the manufacturing process.♦ Ensure all production equipment are maintained in good operating condition.♦ Prepare Maintenance plans for all the machines inside the factory & apply them during the break time, to prevent any delay in the production line caused by malfunction of any equipment inside the factory.
