▪Drafting and reviewing different types of contracts, LOI's and Memorandums of understanding.▪Research all the related laws and regulations and study al the case documents then prepare a perfect case study with a clear legal opinion of mine for each civil , labour and criminal case, follow up on its progress to record and share the update of each case in my weekly report (ROI) with my superior. ▪Representing the company before the court, police stations, public prosecutions and other various governmental and non- governmental entities.▪Reviewing each and every legal document before issuing it and issue my approval / objection or required amendments based on detailed legal consultation.▪Execute all the legal procedures and tasks on time and share the updated weekly and monthly reports with my superiors up to Directors.▪Developing the legal department of the company including its procedures, policies and protocols via Proposing innovative ideas and execute the same once it approved.▪Liaising with external lawyers in handling appointed cases, providing them with required information and/ or documents and reporting the progress of the cases., Reviewing memorandum drafted by external lawyers and providing legal opinion to Mgmt., etc. ▪Leading, training and providing legal and admin support for junior subordinates and monitoring their performance.▪Creating a comprehensive database of all the cases and documents in the Legal Department and archiving a soft and a hard copy for the same.▪Filing all criminal cases against 3rd parties or even against employees and following up with the police stations and public prosecution.▪Performing all internal legal investigations with employees in collaboration with the HR Manager.

▪Drafting legal memos before courts of all degrees for different types of cases.▪Representing the company's clients before the rental committee, courts and other authorities.▪Drafting miscellaneous types of legal papers (e.g. contracts, POA’s and Memorandums of understanding, plea, etc.).▪Providing legal consultations to the clients on legal issues including but not limited to (Labour, personal status and real estate).▪Supporting other departments in the company on legal matters.▪Proposing innovative ideas for developing the performance of the department.▪Drafting criminal complains before public prosecution and police stationsUsing the online system of Dubai court and public prosecution efficiently
