1. Provide necessary input and assistance to prepare the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).2. Review and approve the project quality management plan.3. Assist the project quality team (sub contractors, contractors, and consultants, TCI) to implement the project quality management plan.4. Ensure that all members of the project team have committed to the implementation and continual improvement of the project quality management plan to achieve the purpose of this plan.5. Focus on the client needs and ensure that PQMP and related documents are updated to the client's/tenants requirements and in compliance with standards and project specifications.6. Promote communications processes within the project team, which are practical and enhance effectiveness of the quality system.7. Continuous monitoring, evaluating, and improvement to the established quality plans with project quality management team.8. Ensure that both consultant and contractor are conforming to section 1400 and contract requirement regarding quality standards.9. Conduct a monthly audit of each contractor through quality reports to ensure that contractors are fulfilling the obligations of the quality procedures.10. Regular visits to the project site to evaluate the performance of consultant, contractors, subcontractors and worker craft and skill level.11. Hold regular meetings (quality, progress, and technical meetings) with consultant and contractors to review ongoing quality procedures and ensure that all has a full understanding of the obligations as per contract. 12. Provide monitoring of the contractor and consultant staff to insure that they are of sufficient quantity, capable and are implementing the quality control process.13. Interface with clients' requirements (customer satisfaction). Keep the client apprised of the quality assurance status.
