Reactor, External Cooler (Product Cooler), and Hytemp Towers- Managed valve maintenance for Diverter Valves, Solid Cut Off Valves, Gas Seal Valves, VS2 Valves, Plug Valves, and Rotary Valves. - Managed repair of Spools, Reduces, Elbows, Expansion Joint, Sleeves, and Valves Body (Cold Service, Hot Service) by welding then apply hard facing layer with the required Weartrode type according to operation conditions.- FlowFeeder Maintenance (Bearing, Seal and Packing Replacement).- Inspected water-cooled equipment online if there was a crack or not by Gas DetectorMethod.
