Senior Reliability Engineer
Current- Coordinate with project teams and design efficient program plans and documents, execute all reliability-centered maintenance programs, perform regular risk-based inspections, and analyze all equipment failures.- Adjust shaft alignment with the Dial Indicator and Fixturlaser Shaft Alignment. Align V-pulleys with the V-pulleyLaser Alignment Kit.- Dynamic Balance on rotating equipment, such as fans, by using a vibration analyzer device (Commtest Device – ASCENT Software). Analyze vibration issues in rotating equipment and gearboxes, and then take corrective action.- Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II® software.- Inspect atmospheric bins and pressurized vessels by periodic thickness measurements.- Calculate the minimum required thickness for the design and operating pressure in the pressurized vessel ASME VIII by using PV Elite® software.- Perform scheduled Predictive Maintenance (PdM) with an airborne structure-borne ultrasound and thermography camera. Inspect gas and electrical leaks by using Airborne Ultrasound.- Inspect blocked piping lines and take images es with an endoscope camera.- Take oil samples for the most critical equipment periodically and analyze them to detect problems earlier. - Develop and maintain all reliability plans and perform tests on same and recommend improvement processes to various engineering projects.- Prepare plant manuals according to mechanical integrity processes and maintain quality assurance.- Collaborate with business units and review all business requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and design various equipment maintenance plans for all technologies.
