Pre-sales:• Checking the quality of the vendors' products before being on sale to the customers • Accepting or refusing the vendor's product depends on the quality• Sending mails to the vendors if there any problem or updateAfter-sales:• Checking the quality of the products returned from the customers• Filling the customers' needs if there any problems on the products• Scanning the products and working on Jumia system and apps to know the case and find out the reasons of returning back the product

• Coordinates assigned Branches and Off-Site ATM machines to provide maximum availability and functionality and meet business objectives • Primary operational and support function for the ATMs in assigned territory• Dispatches technicians to troubleshoot and repair out-of-order equipment• Analyzes service problems and guides technicians in methods of problem resolution• Serves as point of contact for internal and external customers to meet business objectives

working with assigned Account Executives on order fulfillment process that includes scheduling, processing, setting up accounts and contracts, and proofing advertising orders and spec ads, processing insertion orders, and work with Finance to resolve billing/credit issues to ensure customer satisfaction.importing ads into publication templates daily and submits advertising pages for output
