• Providing L1/L2 Technical Support to customers for platforms Extreme, Fortinet, and devices.• Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and providing recommendation strategies for avoiding network faults.• Analyzing, Developing, and Evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, configuration, and integration of computer systems including Hardware and Software Layer.• Helping customers with configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices in order to implement secure connectivity in their respective networks.• Handling new site installation of the Stuctucture Cabling System infrastructure. • Configuration and deployment of Extreme Exos Switches X440-G2, X460-G2, X435, X450-G2.• Configuration and deployment of Extreme VSPSwitches 4450, 7200, 8600.• Configuration and deployment of Extreme Wireless Controller (XCC) and Extreme Wifi 6 Access points Series 410C, 305C, 3935i.• Configuration and deployment of Extreme Network Access Control (NAC).• Configuration and deployment of Extreme Management Center (XMC).• Implementation of full Security integrated projects with Nac, XMC, ZTP, and Fortigate.• Network Design and documentation using Microsoft Visio.
