Focus on data analysis between the sales and accounting teams. Automation setup for multiple accounts for sales/accounting to allow for a streamlined process. Finalize sales and credits internally and analyze account billable for major accounts such as Walmart, Target, etc.

Assist customers with product choices and judgements in selection. Work with customers to resolve any dissatisfaction with products or services given and maintain good customer relations. Remain aware of security procedures and any customer mishandling of products. Train and mentor associates in correct procedures with merchandise, computer programs and register usage.

Stay knowledgeable about products in order to assist customers with exchanges and determining validity of merchandise. Offer suggestions for gifts according to individual age, personality and interests. Regularly update prices of products and check for accuracy.

Evaluate inventory according to master lists and advise security of discrepancy. Kept financial journals and maintain records of income, expenses and payroll.Documented customer payments on accounts in computer.
