Conducting feasibility study for selecting site for establishing new outlets and shifting existing ones, negotiating terms & conditions for hiring spaces, applying to regulatory authority i.e. Bangladesh Bank for acquiring relevant approval following existing circulars and Bank’s usual norms. 3. Contract management works which includes acquiring legal opinion regarding valid chain of title of chosen space to be hired from Bank’s appointed legal advisor, preparing and signing agreement using terms that ensures best interest of Bank, follow-up through out the tenure and renewal after expiry. 4. Preparing layout, bill of quantity, tendering, awarding work & bill payment after physical measurement of interior decoration works of hired premises for establishing new Branches, ATM Booths & shifting existing Branches.5. Cost management of expenditure for Branch opening abiding existing circulars of regulatory authority i.e. Bangladesh Bank.6. Procurement works which includes preparing tender documents, tendering, awarding works & bill settlement for purchasing various items i.e. Generators, Air Conditioners, other electrical equipment etc. Keeping track of market trends, costs and practices for implementing modern approach and stay updated about industry norms while bridging connection to Bank’s usual practices.7.
