Main Duties & Responsibilities1.       Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal AUBE policies and code of conduct in order to maintain AUBE’s legal position and mitigate potential risk.2.       Handling daily, monthly and quarterly reports.3.       Follow up, control bank's policy, to ensure that all security issues are in good manner.4.       Follow up and co-ordinates with other departments, to ensure the smooth flow of work.5.       Work on achieving bank's figures, to comply with area strategy.6.       Ensure achievements of business strategic objectives across all segments and products within the branch.7.       Monitor achievement of business plan, define variance, and take corrective actions through regular meetings with different staff layers.8.       Ensure timely and accurate execution of branch operations (according to the AUBE’s policies and procedures).9.       Follow-up and control bank policy to insure that all securities issues are in good manner.10.   Achieve acceptable risk rating by adhering to the bank Operating and Credit policies and procedures and minimizing operational errors and losses.11.   Maintaining the level of operational integrity prescribed by the banks procedures manuals, regulations & SOP’s.12.   Manage the branch efficiently and effectively through AUBE placed vision to deliver the highest quality service to customers. Maintain the branch consistent with the latest trends and industry standards.13.   Implement the budgeted sales targets and revenue growth by managing the branch team, monitor their daily sales performance and adjust the daily sales plan when needed to rectify shortfalls.14.   Support the sales and service staff in attracting new to bank customers from different segments with quality portfolios and customer profiling requirements based on the bank’s strategy to achieve the required customer base mix.
