Engaged in personal projects focusing on AI-driven image creation using Stable Diffusion 1.5 and LORA Models, primarily for skills development and creative exploration.

Strategic development• Map the project MEAL related tasks/needs and priorities and translate them into workplan, performance monitoring plans (PMP) or indicator plans and other relevant document like the indicator reference sheets (IRS).• Support the development and setting up the MEAL framework (developing MEAL implementation guide/SoP, plans, tools etc). • Identify, develop or revise monitoring tools/templates (questionnaire, checklist, other tools where necessary)• Support project reporting officers, activity coordinators or PMs to develop and maintain clean and updated database for tracking indicators (Indicator performance tracking tables, google data studios) • Support the assessment of the MEAL system and identify or suggest/recommend areas for improvement and solution.• Facilitate orientation of project team on agreed tools, methodologies, tasks and data or project quality requirementsAssessments• Support PDM Officers and PMs in drafting or reviewing assessment plans, data collection tools, analysis and drafting reports and ensure they are scientific and of agreed quality and standards.• Support program department with PDM exercises, especially when projects do not have dedicated PDM capacity allocated.• Analyze assessment or survey data and draft reports where necessary.• Review and analyze project reports, identify issues and suggest corrective actions (Quality assurance).

- Developing Data entering tools for the M&E survey.- Manage all Data of the project survey for four governorates.- Supervise all databases & Kobo databases.- Developing Data entry software for the M&E department & case management (PWSN-CP-GBV).- Design and develop the forms of the M&E survey. - Data Collection: perform extensive household visits and FGDs for verification on the cash distributions conducted, using PDM questionnaire and methodology; ensure identification and assessment of most vulnerable protection cases to be referred for further specific assistance and provision of cash assistance.- Identify the benefiting people in the household and manages the questionnaires.- Supervise the regular upload of HH assessments, from smart tools to the Kobo platform; - Identify possible mistakes and/or discrepancies and correct them according to teams’ feedback (protection monitors, complaint line, protection monitoring coordinator, UNHCR IM team).- Ensure correctness, accuracy and consistency of assessments; - Support the Cash Distribution Officer in preparing cash lists (MPCA/RS), by providing correct and clean databases. - Facilitate information sharing between teams and areas always ensuring respect for the principle of confidentially and do not disclose any information acquired by performing her/his duties.- Ensure that all questions have been asked and that the recorded answers are clear and legible.- Maintain constant contact with the team leader.- Write reports on the demand of the Project Manager.
