IDRIS MAIN TRUNK SEWER (MTS-01, MTS-03) Client: ASHGHALProgram Management Consultant: CH2MContractors: BOUYGES - UCC JVResponsibilities: 1- Supervision of diaphragm wall construction works on the WS03 – Shaft including pre- and post- grouting (downstage grouting methods) , Pumping test , quality control, material measurement, health and safety, adherence to the contractual documents and technical specifications and reporting to PM.2- Involvement covered supervision of grouting activities in WS03 shaft construction (Plug ).3- Checking and analysis of the daily production, preparation of daily production report, and analysis of Ground Investigation Reports.4- Prepare DR, CC, CPR, DER, reports for D wall construction and DR,GDS ,JANELUTZ and SPY for Grouting shaft work.5- Monitoring project execution and determining the necessary precautions to achieve maximum efficiency.6- Carried out site inspections in coordination with the Contractor's and Consultants7- Led and Supported Site Supervisors and technicians in daily shaft construction activities.8- Followed up Time Schedule including Manpower and Resources.9- Close all SOR, NCR reports in WS03 shafts.10- Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.11- Supervise the Mobilization and demobilization activities in WS03 and WS02- Shaft .
