As secretary General at YCON-Sudan I am leading 15 staff and more than 150 volunteer(Lead and Local observers) who working in Sudan to monitor the situation during the war in Sudan and document what happen in the ground to provide narrative reports about Sudan. I oversee the Stategic planning, fundraising, operation of the organization, ensure quality and accountability and sustainability and manage the interest of hole members of YCON-Sudan.In addition, I served as regional coordinator at The Carter Center-peace program me- in Sudan, where I used my experience in youth engagement and build their capacity during the transmission period. I hold a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from Khartoum University in 2016 and sources in management and leadership.
