Offshore - led the project of power station intake channel dredging for the Ministry of Electricity and Water MEW, and a project of under sea oil pipe laying for Kuwait Gulf Oil Company KGOC / Technip. * Supported the proposal and tendering teams to price and bid for the department projects. Reporting to Deputy CEO of Oil and Gas special projects.* Executed 83 K cu.m of various RC concrete works. 23 KM of road works, 45 KM of direct buried trenches for cable and underground piping including fiber optic cables. * Executed 65 KM of Trunk Lines that involved welding of more than 250,000 Inch Dia of various ranges of diameters from 8" to 24" and thicknesses ranged from 9.7 to 52.4 mm including hydro-test, painting, insulation, and pre-commissioning. Established pipe spools fabrication site workshop that offered full automated fit-up and welding. The workshop reduced the repair percentage from 15% as initially forecasted to less than 2% and we finished the project earlier 4 months ahead of schedule which has directly translated to accumulated cost saving and consequently extra profits.* Led day-day project operations involved approximate 5,500 of direct and indirect skilled and non-skilled manpower, and over than 800 pieces of direct construction heavy and light equipment.* Led the preparation of project HSE plans and procedures and led the teamwork to build a sustainable safe work environment, and effective HSE culture.* Supported proposal and tendering teams to price and bid for the department projects.
