Back in 2020, I started my career in one of the reputable research organization. Research inside the closed walls felt intellectually stimulating but couldn't enable me to visualize the bigger picture. The desire to be on the ground took me to the classroom where I communicated the research to science students. This quick stint helped me align my values and try things outside my comfort zone.Teaching enabled me to become good in communication and management, and I transitioned to Industry as Project Coordinator. There I honed my content development and stakeholder communication skills, while also empowering my team.The word 'Empowerment' stayed with me and I realized my true passion in empowering individuals and organizations through engaging content and facilitating meaningful workshops. At Amal Academy, I led and managed the execution of 6 fellowship programs. Through effective stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, I ensured program completion and increased graduate job placement by 85%.
