•Manage the process of identifying and categorizing customization.•Support implementation of new products.•Liaise between functional business groups and information system resources when requested to do so.•Handle reports required by new unit for CBE reporting.•Provide significant input into creation of implementation plans/timelines.•Support internal customers as they plan their operational improvements, facilitate solving their business problems/issues with information technology solutions where appropriate and cost effective.•Advise internal users on the most effective way to use information systems and the associated data/reports.•Support data migration and participate in new channels migration and all required off-line channel’s extractions.•Support data reconciliation.•Train new users in all aspects of the core banking system.•Provide post implementation user support, analyzing their problems, correcting their mistakes and giving advice.•Analysis of faults, reporting these and subsequent testing if fixes.•Provide first level of support to all core banking system in relation to banking / business application functions, interfaces and reports and troubleshoots core banking system functionality on test ti report all misbehavior or bugs into application.•Design new sub-system / modules functions.•Develop and integrate subsystems.•Develop any required function, script, report , package procedure, to fulfill bank’s new requests.•Prepare technical and user documentation for systems developed in-house.•Develop any required ad-hoc report.•Participate in user acceptance testing if required as a testing team before applying new releases to production.
