Responsibilities: • For use of Education technology, acting as focal person for resilient and inclusive education practice area globally. • Advise the Education Practice area and support program team, how the technology can increase VSO’s reach, effectiveness, and impact on education program. • Provide education technology expertise support on education proposal development and implementation of the program. • Provide training and follow-up support to volunteers who are working on Edtech solutions/applications. • Lead the VSO School application design, development, and use in education programs in various locations globally. • Provide technical support and expert advice to VSO staff and volunteers in identifying and assessing appropriate Edtech solutions/applications according to local contexts. • Support on developing Edtech support ticketing, frequently ask questions and other support mechanism tools for inclusive education practice area team. • Monitor continuously the Edtech support ticketing requests within the team, provide technical support, propose, and enact remedial solutions, working with the project team and USTAD mobile.Develop reporting process for completed and in-progress edtech issues.Collaboration responsibilities: • Foster institutional knowledge, by curating resources for VSO to better understand how technology is being used across different program teams within Education. • Promote “privacy by design” with project teams and ensure they complete the “Data Privacy Impact Assessment” and copyright compliance when using intellectual properties. • Coordinate relationships with edtech vendors to facilitate quality product delivery of ICT-related services timely. • Collaborate with the Knowledge and Impact team within VSO in the incorporation and implementation of edtech for data gathering and tool assessments. • Collaboration with VSO Global IT Team for developing new solutions/applications for edtech effectively.

Focal point for programme teams on the use of technology to drive or monitor impact within VSO’s Inclusive Education Practice Area.

• Acting Focal point for programme teams on the use of technology to drive or monitor impact within VSO’s Inclusive Education Practice Area • Providing oversight and mentoring to volunteers working on IT delivery within VSO’s inclusive education practice area. • Taken lead the design, development and application of VSO School App in education programmes in various locations globally.• Enabled programme teams to follow VSO’s standard software implementation processes, supporting needs analysis, design, system selection, testing, training, implementation and adoption. • Foster institutional knowledge, by curating resources for VSO to better understand how technology is being used across different programme teams within Education program. • Making connections across programme teams, to ensure that teams working on similar projects can collaborate and benefit from best practice and lessons learned in other locations. • Acting as a business analyst, to support programme teams in effective scoping, good requirements documentation, workflow mapping, robust solutions design and thorough implementation planning. • Work closely with the rest of the IT team to ensure that system solutions implemented align with VSO’s existing enterprise architecture where required. • Ensuring solutions implemented at VSO, or within partner organisations, are sustainable and that clear arrangements are in place for ongoing support and maintenance. • Ensuring programme teams are following VSO’s standard procurement processes when making decisions about technology investment • Ensuring programme teams are aware of the need for “privacy by design” and completion of a Data Privacy Impact Assessment when implementing new products or processes. • Ensuring that program implementation is responsive to communities’ and partners’ needs. • Managing reporting process for completed and in-progress pilot projects in the field.

Responsibilities : VSO School Apps: 1. taking the necessary lead and provide support to the maintenance of VSO School App 2. Providing training the ICT in Education Assistant Volunteer, Staff and other volunteers, trainers in operating the app. 3. Lead and support to develop the Monitoring system for the effective operation of the school app 4. Planning and Developing app functions Troubleshooting and response to user’s queries in a timely manner for the VSO School App 5. Provide support/troubleshoot challenges related to the app 6. Response to queries from facilitators/other users. 7. Ensure Data Protection/Security management under the VSO guideline related to VSO school app 8. Ensure necessary correction/update into the system # of ‘User Handbook’ is developed. # of Training module developed. # of Training facilitated. # of troubleshooting completed within time. # of queries responded within time. # of update completed successfully. 9. Train the VSO staff and volunteers so that they are able to use, maintain the school app and do troubleshooting with the system. Information Management System: 1. developing an IMS for VSO Bangladesh that will display the various activities, outputs, and outcomes of the program, including the work of the partners, and volunteers. 2. Advising and train the staff and volunteers on the use, maintenance and troubleshooting of the system 3. Sketching, and where possible concretely develop a database of available resources and train relevant staff and volunteers on this. Knowledge Management: 1. Review the current knowledge management practices and take actions for archiving and documentation of all sorts of written documents in the established knowledge management network. 2. Strengthen connection to aid information exchange within the system.

My responsibilities are to do fascinating research to identify the existing Practices for “ICT in Education” in Bangladesh and I develop cost- an Effective & offline most effective approach for mobile/tab-based ECCE apps intervention called “VSO School” for Rohingya children. I did the piloting, troubleshooting, and finalized the apps. I did some E- documents for the Early Childhood Care & Education module with the help of ECCE Advisor and developed E-Learning for facilitators/relevant people with a cope of local community demand during my project running period. I am also Supported in Education Management Information System (EMIS) and Statistics Unit with required data and have done various survey-based research including the Project Baseline survey. I also represent the organization in the IMS sub-sector of the Emergency Education Cluster in Cox’s Bazar. I also developed ‘User Handbook’ in simple narration with images for apps and facilitated hands-on training for partner staffs/facilitators/relevant person to operate the organization’s new ECCE intervention “VSO School” apps and following up with partner staffs/facilitators/relevant in the field to ensure the proper use of apps. I ensure prompt support for troubleshooting from field/relevant persons and I was the responsible person for queries from facilitators/other users. I was the responsible person for presenting VSOB’s ECCE intervention in different platforms/forums.

My work to develop an IoT based security System for the vehicle. After that if my project selected it would be the Startup company. This Internship funded by Microsoft Bangladesh Corporation and Young Bangla combine In this phase, I develop a system by using ASP.net and Python Programming Language.
