I also developed ‘User Handbook’ in simple narration with images for apps and facilitated hands-on training for partner staffs/facilitators/relevant person to operate the organization’s new ECCE intervention “VSO School” apps and following up with partner staffs/facilitators/relevant in the field to ensure the proper use of apps. I ensure prompt support for troubleshooting from field/relevant persons and I was the responsible person for queries from facilitators/other users.
