• Preparing tender documents for capital projects and approving them from the head office based on PMM forms.• Participate in reviewing the agreements received by the administration regarding the implementation of projects to serve developers and strategic partners.• Responding to the inquiries of competitors in the projects under tender and competition.• Review the applications of real estate developers and approve plans, studies and anchor points regarding special plans.• Participate in reviewing the agreements received by the administration from the head office regarding design contracts.• Reviewing the studies of the Ministry of Housing projects, approving plans, and linking points.• Participation in value engineering workshops and approval of project forms from the head office.• Preparing tender documents for applications of business units (small projects) and approving them from the head office.• Review and approve materials, contractors and suppliers according to PMM forms for projects under implementation.• Responding to real estate developers' inquiries regarding special plans and overcoming all obstacles to end the transaction in the technical part.• Reviewing developer applications (strategic partnerships), matching them with the design principles of the National Water Company, and approving the connection points.• Participate in reviewing the agreements received by the management from the head office.• Preparing tender documents for projects related to transferring work and determining the estimated cost based on the description of the scope of work.• Preparing the tender documents for the withdrawn projects based on a decision from the authorized person, and based on the availability of the necessary data from the administration supervising the implementation.• Providing full technical support to all departments at the level of the Western Sector.

Execute two different projects at King Abdul Aziz University: Female Laboratory Building Project and Infrastructure Project.• Leading a team consist of electrical, mechanical, architecture, civil, QC and site engineers for each project.• To ensure proper execution of the project in line with KAU specifications & requirements, signed contract between the contractor & KAU and agreed time schedule. • Monitoring and inspection of all construction activities including but not limited to civil, architecture, mechanical and electrical• Organize and lead the Kick off meeting between the KAU, contractor and consultant.• Handling all technical, construction and commercial communications between the owner & contractor.• Review, approve and ensure implementation of HSE plan. • Responsible for reviewing and approving the contractor BOQ & invoices.• Overall project BOQ & budget control.• Review, approve and monitor the project detailed schedule.• Review and approve in coordination with the technical office all submittals related to design, shop drawings, materials, quantity survey, etc • Update the contractor scope of work and BOQ if needed in coordination with KAU. • Reviewing and approving change orders. • Testing, commissioning and handover the project after completion to KAU.
