Primary Duties- Plan the Field Service Engineers (FSE) according their experience and customer requirements- Work with global security services before deputing a FSE according to different country zones HSE requirement- Assist the FSE when necessary with travel arrangements required for each job (flights, hotels, visas, authorizations…)- Maintain the database of the FSE team to organize training & renewal of qualifying certificates/courses- Maintain daily the planning and forecast tool for monthly reports & Update, monitor, and manage the monthly utilization of FSE’s- Track and ensure timely submission of field service reports, and expense reports, from the FSE team- Review the reports for each intervention, prepare and submit invoicing dossier on time to the invoicing department- Follow up with the FSE team on regular basis for any pending field service reports- Define the next actions for incomplete interventions with the required stakeholders (Tech Support, Manager, Sales…)- Collaborate daily with Service Sales Representatives (SSR) and other departments of SE Gutor- Sales support and coordination with Tech Support- Manage and maintain SE Gutor compliance status for ISN, ComplyWorks, and other HSE compliances all the time- Manage logistics and shipping parts form Local emergency stock to FSE and customer sites- Manage logistics and transportation of tools as required at site.

- As a Lead SCADA Engineer for Halabja Water Treatment Project (KUWAS), I was responsible for designing, programming, and testing the electrical control systems for the water treatment project systems, utilizing my expertise in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.- Collaborated with clients and end user's process and control engineers to review P&IDs, electrical drawings, cause and effect diagrams, and function block diagrams, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISA-88 and ISA-95, and cybersecurity guidelines like NIST 800-82.- Conducted Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to demonstrate complete functionality of the controls system to the client and end user, including PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controllers, instrumentation calibration, safety interlocks, and alarm and shutdown classifications.- Designed and developed a 1000-page SCADA system using Vijeo Citect software from Schneider Electric, utilizing my knowledge of HMI design principles, such as screen navigation, graphics development, and alarm management.- Configured more than 40 RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) to control remote locations using the DNP3 protocol, using my expertise in RTU programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Was responsible for the CCR (Central Control Room) and overall project operation for a full year after activating the project, managing the project team, tracking project progress, and coordinating with stakeholders, utilizing my project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).- Trained and mentored a team of 20 Operators and Engineers on how to effectively control the project using the SCADA system, using my knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.
